We went to see Journey to the Center of the Earth today. Guess it was fairly entertaining and we got 3D glasses because it was in 3D. So, you know, you needed the glasses. But I don’t know if it was really worth non-matinee prices.

Tuesday night I’m going to see Hancock with a couple of people from work. I wonder what will happen if I were my 3D glasses to watch that movie.

After that we went to Ace to buy this cool folding chair advertised in the weekly ad. Snagged the last one. It will come in handy in the studio apt. one I get moved in next month. When you say folding chair, that doesn’t sound very promising, but it really is quite nice looking and very comfortable.

Maddie seems to have damaged her jumpers somehow this weekend. We’ve had to boost her up onto our bed whenever she’s wanted to be up there and she hasn’t been very willing to sit up for treats. We think maybe she missed a jump when we weren’t home. But she seems to be getting better. The whole dogs not speaking human gets in the way when they aren’t acting normal.

Had some rain this morning and overall the day has been cool and pleasant. Turned off the AC tonight and opened as many windows with screens that we could.

Watched The Postman Always Rings Twice on TCM tonight. I’ve never seen it before. Definitely a good, twisted flick. We’ve actually caught a few good movies on TCM recently.

No big plans for tomorrow (Sunday). Looks like it’s going to be hot, so we’ll probably hide in the AC coolness of the house. Hope everyone out there is having a good weekend.
