I have a FO!

Posted by: J on: November 3, 2008

I finished my turkey the past weekend. It was a fairly simple pattern and went along quickly. I’m very happy with how it turned out and look forward to enjoying it on my little sofa in LittleUtown.
And in other news, these are the critters I spent most of the day with.

The air smells so sweet

Posted by: J on: October 24, 2008

I go this picture of Ginger tonight after I got home and let the dogs out. She looks like she smell something good in the breeze. (DH was in BigUtown marching in the homecoming parade.)

Posted by: J on: August 24, 2008

My dog nephew (yes, we’re one of those weird families who consider our animals as part of the family) tends to groan as he lays down. Almost like all the tension goes out of him as relaxes and he has to vocalize it.
Charley seems to have really enjoyed his visit…at least when I’ve been [...]

Having an adventure

Posted by: J on: July 24, 2008

We originally planned to go to the Eisenhower Center in Abilene today, but when we got to the town, we changed our mind and visited the Greyhound Hall of Fame instead. They have two resident retired racers, The Talented Mr. Ripley and Abbey.
