A bag full of flour

I’ve lost a 5lb. bag of flour from my body in the past month. Today’s total weight loss was 2.2 lbs, which was a huge improvement over last week’s 0.6 lb. gain. Although I feel chubbier today, this is huge motivation to get myself into the YMCA. A little less talk and a lot more action…and motion.

Woo hoo! I’m so excited for you, Jill! 5 pounds in a month is wonderful! And just wait – when you hit the 10-lb. mark, it’ll start to feel “real,” and when you hit 20, you’ll die from the sheer bliss of it all. I’m so excited for you that you’re on this journey. I just know that you’re going to have continued success.
